Terms of Reservation

Reservations

1. The chapel provides seating for 150 people. Weddings may be scheduled through our business by contacting any of the above numbers. Site visits area available weekly by appointment.
2. Your reservation will be confirmed and placed on our calendar when we receive the signed reservation form and the non-refundable deposit.
3. The balance of the rental fee is due on the month prior to your event date.
4. No person or persons shall be excluded from renting Coradell's Wedding Chapel because of age, sex, color, handicap, creed, or national origin.

Restrictions

1. The Lessee must abide by and conform to all rules and regulations adopted or prescribed by Burke County and Coradell's Management
2. The Lessee is expected to be familiar with and must comply with all local ordinances and State statues relating to the proposed use of the Chapel.
3. To preserve the beauty of the Chapel and the furnishing you may not use nails, hooks, tacks, screws, masking tape, florist putty, scotch tape or staples in or outside the Chapel.
4. Rice, birdseeds and confetti are not allowed inside the Chapel.
5. Only drip-less candles are acceptable and can be used in the Chapel and are restricted to the alter area.
6. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or on the grounds of the property.
7. Only qualified persons can operate the sound system (name must be provided).

Agreement

1. The Lessee agrees to repair any damage to the premises incurred during the periods of their use of the premises, regardless of the cause of such damage (including without limitation to damage caused by negligence or intentional misconduct by guests and or vendors).
2. The Lessee agrees to indemnify, protect, defend and hold the owners and manager of the premises harmless from any claims of any nature arising during or in connection with their use of the premises, including damage to property or injury of persons, whether or not arising from negligence or intentional misconduct by guests and vendors.
